Brillantmont International School is a coeducational international school. Established in 1882 and owned by the fifth generation of the founding family Brillantmont is in the centre of Lausanne, five-minute walk from the amenities of the city. The school grounds have a view over Lake Léman and the Swiss Alps. ==Academics== Brillantmont is home to around 100 boarding boys and girls and about 50 day students from aged 11 onwards (from UK Year 7 / US Grade 6). Students study in the British Programme to prepare IGCSE and A Level examinations or the American Programme preparing the High School Graduation Diploma. All teaching is in English but every student must learn French, the host language.
